Shake got some footage of Red and Meth and their live ass show they put on while in Vegas the other night. Morph’s got a chance to witness a Red & Meth show, while I come up short again… The ten foot speaker jump from Red was ridiculous!

Summer Jam 09 Live Footage

This post will be just something that’ll be going on continuous until the slew of footage stops getting shoved in my face (pause). Above we have Drake doing his thing and first thing under the cut is a video of Jay-Z performing D.O.A. with Young Jeezy and T-Pain that auto-plays because I did some guerilla shit with that non-embedable video on youtube. Also among the videos under the jump we have Jadakiss, Swizz Beatz, Young Jeezy, Method Man & MJB and Lil Kim w/ T-Pain. Check back for more… Continue reading

Dangerous Mcees (Cookin’ Soul Remix) – Redman & Method Man

We dropped the video for it not too long ago (check above for those who missed it), and if you’re like me then you’ve been wanting the audio side of things to go along with it. Well here it goes.

Download: Dangerous Mcees (Cookin’ Soul Remix) – Redman & Method Man [Via Cookin’ Soul]

Video: Dangerous Mcees (Cookin’ Soul Remix) – Redman & Method Man

I probably could have just shuffled this inside the last post, but I think it deserves its own post, real talk. So the background behind this is that Cookin’ Soul took the acapella from illRoots‘ site (as an entry to their contest) and hit the internets with his version, very ill.

Video: Red & Meth’s Favorite Red & Meth Albums

Vodpod videos no longer available.

Reggie and Mef speak with XXL about their favorite albums from their weed smoking counter parts. Tical and Muddy Waterz = Classic Status. Also, you guys should really check out the new Juan Ep podcast that Cipha Sounds & Peter Rosenberg did with Red, Meth and Busta even drops by – good shit.

?uesto asks why Red & Meth didn’t wanna rock with them

Looks like Meth is catching it from all over haha just playing but apparently when the duo was on Jimmy Fallon they asked to go with a traditional DJ instead of having the Roots back which imo could be legendary but in the same sense maybe they’re just purists that way. Can’t be mad on them not killing their DJ.

Sidebar | In case you didn’t notice that was Rosenberg behind the lens and apparently he’s on the job for the answer. Go check out the latest Juan Epstien

Joe Budden x Method Man Situation

Vodpod videos no longer available.

Swacked from Miss Info

Alright so I listened to the whole thing and basically what Joey is saying he posed a question that he may out rap Method Man today if they were face to face and the fact that it was entertained by fans proves that he should not be in the 32 seed because if the fellow 32 seeds (Bow Wow, Plies etc) said this it would be hilarious. What I find a little sideways is that fact that he so adamantly maintains that he would “out rap” Method Man today after stating he is past his prime is EXACTLY like Dwight Howard saying he could dunk on Bill Russell today. Who cares… Now that’s not what Meth and Busta have a problem with, its the reckless talk on the Ed Lover show which Budden admits to being “In Bad Taste”.
Sidenote| I think Meth’s knowledge of Joe is limited to what he did on Def Jam
With all that said go buy Blackout! 2

An H2G Post: Blackout! 2 – May 19th – Cop That!

Vodpod videos no longer available.

In light of Blackout! 2 dropping this coming Tuesday, I figured, why not bring you a slew of Red & Meth material to get you psyched. It’s also a good reason to catch up on some of the stuff we missed (we’re only human). Above is a performance of the two performing Rockwilder and after the jump we have the third installment of the Making Of Blackout! 2 series, an interviews w/ ThisIs50 and Tony Touch on Toca Tuesdays. Remember a couple of days ago where Joe Budden was talking a little wreckless about Meth (no shots), Method Man was on A-ListRadio w/ DJ Enuff and decided to speak a little on the situation, in response to that Joey called into 105.1FM w/ Ed Lover to say what he had to say, and the nice people of 2dopeboyz were nice enough to compile all this audio for us to enjoy.
